This mix is for soothing, toning, and relieving the irritations of respiratory ailments, such as pneumonia, asthma, bronchitis, croup, tuberculosis, colds, flu, hay fever, and emphysema. DOSAGE: Take 2 capsules twice a day or 1 Capsules three times a day. (¼ Teaspoon of powder = One 'OO' Capsule)

I do not want this mix to become too popular, because it is one of my most favourite secrets. Works incredibly well to clear the respiratory system. I am a tobacco smoker. I have added just mullein leaf to my pipe tobacco, as well as have taken the capsules. It is a Godsend. I literally feel the mucus sloughing off of my chest.
