As the name implies, this blend is a Tonic for the lower bowels. This is a long-time Dr. Christopher formula which can be taken on a regular basis, unlike formulas with a stronger laxative effect. (Such as the Colon Cleanse #1 formula or Senna Leaf) DOSAGE: 2 Capsules once to three times a day depending on reaction to the laxative effect. (¼ Teaspoon of powder = One 'OO' Capsule)
