This is a combination of green and “superfoods” powders. It is used especially if the diet is deficient in vegetables. It provides many trace nutrients and noticeably increases energy. DOSAGE: This is probably best taken as a powder – two teaspoons a day in a glass of juice once or twice a day – in order to take enough. Two teaspoons equals about 12 capsules. (¼ Teaspoon of powder = One 'OO' capsule)
