COLON CLEANSE INSTRUCTIONS

Week one – Colon Cleanse #1

Day one -- Start with one capsules during or after dinner.

Day two -- if not a DRAMATIC bowel movement, take two capsules with dinner

Keep adding one capsule a day until you have the aforementioned DRAMATIC bowel movement.

Continue that dosage for the rest of the week then add one capsule for week two.

Formula #1 strengthens the walls of the small intestine. It destroys Candida overgrowth, and destroys and expels parasites. Senna, Cascara and Aloe cause the muscles of the colon to constrict.

Because of its strength, don’t use during pregnancy.

Drink plenty of water and herbs teas and diluted fruit and vegetable juice (67 to 128 ounces of liquid a day)

Week Two –Colon Cleanse #2

Keep taking formula #1 at the dosage determined the first week.

Mix one heaping teaspoon* of the #2 powder with 4 to 6 ounces of fresh juice, then drink an additional eight to sixteen ounces of water.   Repeat this five times per day

This formula will draw old fecal matter off the walls of your colon and out of any bowel pockets.

It will also draw out poisons, toxins, heavy metals such as mercury and lead and even remove radioactive materials.. Its natural mucilaginous properties will soften old hardened fecal matter. To get a good cleansing of parasites, casings from the colon walls and infections and pus from colon pockets, you need to use colon formula #2.

*one heaping teaspoon is approximately 6 capsules.

Colon Cleanse #2

This is a super-fiber formula which can have a laxative effect, however, if the intestines are not functioning well the fibers will create a very uncomfortable bloat. DOSAGE: One teaspoon of the powder five times a day for the last week of a two week cleanse. Continue to take Colon Cleanse #1 to prevent bloating. Less can be taken on a regular basis.
